Come on Spring!
Parents,
We have definitely had alot of spring showers so hopefully here come the flowers! Thank you all so much for being so accomodating as we make the transition of sharing space with the church as the renovation process begins. It has been a pretty smooth transition but as always if you have any quesions or concerns please don't hesitate to contact us. We have alot of exciting things happening in the Preschool in the next couple of months and you will be receiving a number of communications from the front office. Please make sure to check your child's backpack each day so you don't miss any of the important information.
Blessings,
Wendy

A different kind of ART SHOW!
Our annual Art Show will have a different format from years past. The children's artwork will be displayed in the halls of the preschool the entire week of April 11-15. You are welcome to come anytime that week to view your child's artwork. Each class will have a class project that will be available via silent auction during their class Easter Party that week and the winner will take the item home with them that day. Check your class calendar as to when your child's Easter party will be. All proceeds from the silent auction will benefit St. Mark's Preschool Scholarship Fund. We look forward to you visiting our art gallery!

Developmental Note -Housekeeping Center
The Housekeeping area allows boys and girls the opportunity to use their imaginations and "try on" various roles from the adult world. Through play, children try to make sense of the events happening around them and deal with the emotions surrounding them. Social skills grow as children choose definite roles in the "play" of the day whether it be playing House, School, Doctor, or Restaurant.
